RICHMOND, Va — The stage was set. The Siegel Center was on fire, celebrating their 60th consecutive sellout. VCU gave No. 7 Virginia “havoc” when Trevon’s three pointer brought VCU to 59-55 with over six minutes to play. Then all of a sudden VCU turned the ball over and Virginia went on a 15-0 run, sparked forward Justin Anderson who finished with 21 points. UVA snapped VCU’s 22 game winning streak in the process, while staying unbeaten. Anthony Gill had 18 points and was a beast in the paint and Malcolm Brogdon chipped in 15 for the Cavaliers. Treveon Graham led the Rams in scoring with 17 pts.
