Sachi Sood, owner of Partyland, selected my photo to be on the cover of her book, Indian Weddings!!!!!! The photo was taken at Reema and Jigar’s “Bollywood Wedding” at the Founders Inn & Spa in Virginia Beach. Sachi is one of the sought after Indian decor designers on the east coast. Sachi, it is an honor to be a part of your editorial endeavor!!
Here are a few photos from a recent hair shoot with top stylist Lakisha-Quamiley Bell and makeup artist extraordinaire Nate Whitfield. These photos will be submitted to some of the top hair magazines in the country. Whenever I’m photographing beauty, I try to capture it in a way that is pleasing to the eye. Lakisha, great job once again and I look forward in shooting more of your lovely models in the days ahead!!

Whatever it takes to get the shot, that’s what I’m willing to do. In order to capture great images, you have to be willing to take risks.
Dave and I make a great team. He comes up with the vision and then I put it in motion. We feed off each other for inspiration and ideas. More importantly, he pays for the power sushi lunches!! He truly is one of the best creative minds in the game.

What a way to start off my 2010 season by shooting the COVER of Hampton Roads Bride Magazine!!!!!! Just want to take the time to thank Edtor in Chief, Melissa Stewart, Art Director David Uhrin, Fashion Stylist and Coordinator Pam Hopkins and Asst. Editor Ashley Schaefer for assembling this awesome production. Special thanks to hair and makeup extraordinaire Elizabeth Paschall and her design team for their hard work and effort in transforming our lovely cover model. But last and certainly not least, our lovely cover model Sarah Busby for embracing us all with her astonishing beauty. Come on out to the Hampton Roads Bridal Extravaganza on January 10th to get a copy of the magazine which also features Melissa and Stephen Stewart “Dream Wedding” in Williamsburg!!!!!!! I was truly honored to photograph the Editor and Chief’s wedding as well. Good times ahead in 2010!!!!!!!!!
