This weekend, I was selected to photograph President Barack Obama for Dr. Harvey of Hampton University. I was one of two photographers (White House Press Photographer Peter Souza) that had photographed Dr. Harvey’s family, along with official dignitaries. I was truly an honor and an opportunity of a lifetime!!!!!! Just want to take the time to thank Dr. Harvey and his lovely family, the White House staff, Dr. Danley and the awesome staff at Hampton University!!!!

Outstanding work my brother. What a blessing and accomplishment to be chosen to photograph the President of the United States. I know you felt like you were on top of the world. Congratulations. The photos are spectacular. Whenever I look at your work, it just makes me want to cry. Not tears of sadness but of joy. Your photos bring life. It’s as if the subjects are right in the room with me.
