On November 22nd, I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Laura & John at the Contemporary Arts Center. The wedding was truly amazing, thanks to Irene and wedding coordinator Gail for working together to put this spectacular wedding together. The food was simply to die for thanks to my dear friend Cathy of East Beach Catering and her terrific staff. The elegant floral arrangements were done by New Leaf, while the dramatic lighting was created by Jereme of Blue Steel Pro Lighting.  Image Maker Kim Wadsworth was responsible for Laura's stunning makeover!!  This was truly one of the most dynamic weddings that I have ever been a part of. On November 15th, I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Altovise and Greg at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Chesapeake. The lovely couple was married by my dear friends Bishop and Mrs. Scott in front of 170 of their friend and family members. The reception took place at the Chesapeake Marriott where Catering Sales Manager Jennifer Fulbright and her team did a masterful job. Altovise and Greg, thanks for a great experience. Hope you’re having a great time in California. May God continue to bless you and your lovely family!!

Last week I had the distinction of presenting my mentor and friend celebrity hairstylist Barry Fletcher with a Global Ambassador Award for his contributions in the beauty industry.  Fletcher, whose celebrity clientele include: Halle Berry, Prince, supermodel Iman, Dr.Maya Angelou, Tina Turner, Toni Braxton and Mary J Blige.

Here are some recent photos of my dear friend Maya and her lovely daughter Sophie.   Maya and I had been planning this lovely shoot for some time and it was truly worth the weight.  Sophie was truly a gem!!  The camera truly loves her and you can see why.  Tom, get your shotgun ready..  Everyone knows Maya as the proud owner of Maya Couture Bridal salon, now you know Maya the mommy!
