Meet the Ross/ Oristian Family!

When I photographed Tom and Alexis wedding in October, the lovely couple opted out of an engagement session and decided to do a family portrait instead. Besides being 34 degrees (20 degrees on the beach) Tom drove down by way of a rental car from DC, while Alexis competed in the Rock n Roll half marathon before the photo session. Tom was bummed out because he couldn’t run the race with his lovely wife. Dr and Mrs. Ross, thanks again for a great time. I truly enjoyed myself hanging out with all of you. Here are a few of my favorites!!

Patricia and Erik

Williamsburg is one of my favorite backdrops when it comes to shooting couples. So when Dr. Patricia Eller called me about shooting her reception on the 17th of March, I was ready for the challenge. Erik and Patricia were truly in love which made my job that much easy. Although the weather was a bone-chilling 28 degrees, we had an awesome time shooting in the streets of Williamsburg. Patricia was referred to me by her pharmaceutical rep Miranda, whose wedding I photographed in Nov. Kudos to Val Parker for assisting me as well as helping Patricia every step of the way. Thanks for taking those cool shots of me shooting my lovely couple!!

"Hottest Chefs" in Hampton Roads

Here’s a project, “Hottest Chefs” that will be featured in the Hampton Roads Magazine in the May issue. The theme is shooting chefs in a seductive and sensuous fashion, unlike anything ever done in Hampton Roads. Art Director Dave Uhrin and Food editor Patric Evan-Hyton are the visionaries behind this stunning project. Next week, the concepts get hotter and hotter. Stay tuned!!

Founders Inn: Tina Kraft

Last week I had the honor and priviledge to photograph Tina Kraft’s engagement photos at the Founders Inn. The photoshoot was a gift from me to show my appreciation to her and her hard working staff. Heidi, Sara and Tina do a phenomenal job taking care of numerous brides who get married at the prestigous Founders Inn. Kudos Tina. Now you know what your brides go through…..
