Chenoa & Keith

On the 29th of July, I had the honor of photographing the wedding of Chenoa and Keith Reid. The former Hamptonians exchanged vows at the historical chapel at Hampton University. The reception took place at the Hampton Convention Center, where over 350 guest took part in their special day. Photographing Keith and Chenoa’s wedding was an easy task for me. In a year’s time, we developed a great relationship. It all began with an awesome engagement session on the beach. We truly had a great time. The lovely couple allowed me to be creative while having fun at the same time. Shortly after, I photographed Chenoa’s bridal portrait in my studio. With the help of my framer Maura, we were able to shoot it and get it framed in 48 hrs!! It was the second bride in a week the Maura has come through for. Thanks Maura!! Chenoa and Keith, thank you for letting me do my thing. I wish the both of the very best in Florida. I apologize for doing such a great job!!!

Lorna & Richard

Yesterday was a great day. I photographed Lorna and Richard’s festive wedding in grandeur fashion! And to top it off, the backdrop was the Cavalier on the Hill in Virginia Beach. Richard and his groomsmen wore their fashionable kilts, while the ladies had on fabulous gowns! I photographed Lorna’s bridal portrait on Tuesday and we had it ready and framed in 48 hrs!! I go the extra mile for my brides and if you don’t believe me, just ask Lorna and Mrs. Tweed. Lorna and Richard are both firefighters, with hearts of gold. Lorna and Richard, thank you for allowing me to be creative. The both of you were a joy to work with. And your parents, I can’t say enough great things about them. You are truly blessed to have such wonderful parents. Thank you all for the festive experience!!

Amy & Dave

I had the distinct pleasure of shooting Amy & Dave Comiskey’s wedding on July 15, 2006. The ceremony took place at Community Methodist Church on Kempsville Rd. in Virginia Beach. The reception was at the Sheraton Oceanfront on Atlantic Ave. Sheryl Joyce, the mother of the bride, did a masterful job of coordinating the wedding while Amy was away at school.

Deseree & Richie

I truly had a great time photographing Deseree and Richie’s wedding on July 8th at Grand Affairs. The wedding truly ended with a bang as Richie’s groomsmen tossed him in a 8ft pool! Of course it was my idea being the “edgy” photographer that I aspire to be. Originally, I asked Deseree to participate but she declined. Anyway, I tip my hat to my buddy Richie for going out on a limb for me. Richie, you are truly the man!!!!

Evelyn & Jason

When Evelyn & Jason came to me about photographing their wedding three months ago, I was really excited about their vision. It wasn’t the typical wedding. The wedding took place at the Bagota Japanese Garden and the reception was at the historical Granby Theatre. The wedding was a tale of so many stories!! Evelyn & Jason, thank you for having me a part of your special day. It was truly spectacular!!
